Returns & Exchanges

At IAMFASHION, we want you to love your style; if a piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IAMFASHION account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
